Associates Degree at minimum (B.A. or B.S. preferred) with a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of relevant office experience including correspondence, filing, schedule management and interface with internal and external customers.  Must be able to appropriately interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization including executive leadership/staff, donors, Board Committee members and occasional government and community contacts.  Strong verbal and written communication skills are required – writing samples a plus (a written exam will be included in the interview).  Ability to work independently in fast paced environment.   Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. ANDRUS CENTER FOR LEARNING AND INNOVATION – YONKERS, NY:

Network Liaison (1/13/2021)

The Network Liaison for the Andrus Center for Learning and Innovation (ACLI) is responsible for managing the contracting process for new customers and ensuring that related pieces for account kickoffs are scheduled. The Network Liaison reports into the Director of Business & Operations and works closely with the Director of Business & Operations, Program Associate, and key faculty consultants to support on-boarding of new customers and service of existing customers, including compliance, as well as contracting for new opportunities.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or other related field with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience or 2 years of experience managing customer accounts and contracts. Experience with Salesforce – both creating templates and managing customer database. Strong organizational skills, understanding of account management processes, and grasp of legal concepts, as well as knowledge of HIPAA, and compliance with contracts and services. Strong written and oral communication skills, including excellent spelling and grammar. Strong technological background that includes database maintenance, preferably Salesforce, Microsoft Office core applications, Dropbox, and mail merges. Per Diem Sanctuary Institute Faculty (12/3/2020)

Per Diem Sanctuary Institute Faculty is responsible for planning, developing, monitoring and delivering training and consultation services to sites selected by the Director of the Sanctuary Institute throughout the United States and Canada. Minimum Requirements: MSW, LCSW, LMSW, MPH or comparable graduate degree with minimum of two (2) years experience with the Sanctuary Model and minimum of one (1) year training and group process experience. Strong organizational skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong technological background. Must have ability to travel through the United States and Canada as required. ANDRUS is seeking Milieu Therapist’s who are responsible to maintain a safe, predictable and therapeutic living environment for children in care at ANDRUS. The Milieu Therapist provides close supervision, counseling, and support to the children during all cottage-based activities; plans and implements individual and group initiatives to build children’s skills and self-esteem; ensures that the basic needs of children are met, and that the cottage is maintained in a safe, orderly, predictable, therapeutic, structured and clean condition; works as part of a multidisciplinary team which includes recreation therapists, teachers, social workers and other professionals.

High School Diploma and 5 years practical work experience or sixty (60) college credits/Associates Degree.  Good Oral and written communication skills.  Must have physical capacity to restrain or assist in restraint of a child and to be TCI certified.  Experience working with children, preferably in a residential setting and/or with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Strong ability to communicate effectively with staff and to provide appropriate supervision of children.  Valid driver’s license in good standing is preferred.  For FT the schedule will vary and include evenings working wither Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday.
