Systems and Network Engineer – Yonkers, NY (12/15/17) 

ANDRUS is looking for a Systems and Network Engineer for planning, managing, maintaining and implementing Andrus’ information technology systems including the hardware and software utilized throughout the organization in order to serve the needs of agency business and program leaders, program service personnel and of the service recipients themselves. The Network and Systems Engineer serves in a leadership role around system architecture and capital project planning and around the professional development of the MIS staff.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering or related field; and/or comparable and demonstrable knowledge gained through experience in the field; and/or multiple certifications including, but not limited to: CCNA, CCNP, etc. Must have five (5) years leadership experience with ten (10) or more years of experience as an Information Technology Professional. Prior working experience managing Microsoft Windows Environments, including MS-SQL, Citrix, Microsoft Exchange, Internet Information Server and prior working experience managing VMWARE systems. Must have working experience managing MDM systems, Meraki Wired and wireless Network Equipment and Netgear Wired and Wireless Network Equipment. Program Supervisor – Community Division, Yonkers, NY (12/12/17)

ANDRUS is looking for a Program Supervisor that will be responsible for managing the Therapeutic and Parent Aide Service program and the Parent University program by providing direct supervision and oversight for Home Visitor Activities. The Program Supervisor coordinates training for staff and group work for families, and also serves as initial contact for referrals from Westchester County Department of Social Services-CPS/PS and ANDRUS campus programs. The Program Supervisor will also at times be responsible for managing a caseload of one-two families. The Program Supervisor will also be responsible for conducting internal and external presentations on the TAPAS and Parent University programs.

Requirements:  Bachelor’s Degree in social work or related field with three (3) years of supervisory experience and four (4) years of direct experience with at-risk families, including work in the field of child abuse or family violence. Knowledge and experience in strength-based and family-centered provision of primary prevention services, and/or direct experience as a home visitor. Facility in written and spoken Spanish required. Must have strong communication and oral skills; knowledge of basic computer systems (Word & Excel).
