WESTCHESTER COUNTY, New York, December 2014 – Christine Monroe has been named Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at ANDRUS. In this role, Ms. Monroe will be responsible for the fiscal operations and oversight at this multi-faceted provider of programs and services for children and families, headquartered in Yonkers, New York.
For the past 35 years, Ms. Monroe has worked for ARC of Rockland, most recently as Associate Executive Director for Finance and Administration. Prior to that, she served as Director of Revenue Management and Director of Employment Services, among other roles throughout the agency’s programs.
Ms. Monroe is involved in the community and sits on the Board of the Visiting Nurse Service of Westchester; along with being a member of various financial committees including NYS Financial Manager’s Association and Interagency Council Fiscal Managers Committee.

Ms. Monroe earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration from New York University. She received her BA in Psychology from State University Plattsburgh.
